The service was amazing. I dont write comments about hotels ever, but the service we received from the girls at the front desk was exceptional. We had a late flight, and they provided a late check out, looked after our bags all day, and even let us use a spare room to have a shower after a day at the beach before our flight. They were so friendly and made it a pleasure to stay there. The location is perfect as well. Right in the center of town.

Fantastic location just steps away from restaurants and the beach. The thanks to free underground parking and comfy beds, I found my apartment roomy and well-equipped with free wifi.

The staff were very helpful when I had to check in early and when I had telephone problems. They even remembered my name.
My room was the studio so it lacked a bit of atmosphere but it was clean and tidy. It was more of a place to sleep rather than somewhere where you would hang out in.

The staff was friendly efficient and extremely helpful - I would want to stay there again. The hotel was clean with unbeatable location in the centre of Byron town and new-fashioned rooms. The breakfast was awesome, the check in was easy. The free parking was on site. Location: the property was right by restaurants outside the front door, an Aldi supermarket which is great for buying snacks and drinks as required, and all great cafes, restaurants, bars, beach, cinema;))

A Perfect Coastal Escape!
The staff greeted me with genuine smiles. I loved unwinding at the onsite restaurant, where the fresh seafood was a highlight. Remember to explore with the map in hand to avoid getting lost!

It was new-fashioned, airy and with a bath.

The name suggests that we were booking an apartment and that it was we wanted, when we got there it was a hotel room! with two small windows in it that were high up (window sill was at chest height) and the outlook was into the middle if the building. The room had a small bar fridge like any hotel room and no other facilities. We paid $780 for three nights and so it was middle of the range accommodation, we did complain, however they did not have anything else to offer. When I see the words studio again I will know that it means hotel room!

Location is solid, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment layout is functional for self-catering with decent amenities.
The overall condition of the place leaves a lot to be desired. Rooms feel worn with scratches, marks, and unpleasant odors. Heavy noise from the street, along with a poor sound barrier, made it hard to relax at night. The pool area, while nice in concept, suffers from dirty tiles and leftover trash. The common areas lack maintenance. Poor Wi-Fi connectivity marred the experience. Remember to bring a map if you're wandering around. The layout can be confusing.

The bathroom shower etc was good, the bed very comfortable.
The room was tiny and cramped for what we paid to stay there. Hardly any natural light, the walkways were scruffy. The hallway to enter thru after hours was dingy and dirty.

The manager in charge during our stay, was very friendly and extremely helpful. Went out of his way to ensure our experience was a great one. Its located right in the heart of Byron and is only a short walk to everything, including the beach.
Most apartments had a nice big balcony. Ours unfortunately didn't. It did however have one of the better views over the main street and towards the lighthouse.
